Policies:
Gratuity can only be accepted in cash or Venmo. 

Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and are subject to our cancellation fee.

Clementine Hair Studio does not offer refunds on services. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with a service, we offer complimentary adjustments up to 7 days after the original appointment. Please note: your stylist will have a very thorough consultation, and a look will be agreed upon based on what is achievable. An adjustment can not be made based on a change of heart or anything outside the scope of what your stylist determines is achievable within that appointment. Under these circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate your request for an additional appointment fee.

24 hour Cancellation Policy

We require a card on file when booking an appointment. Cancellations/reschedules/changes to the appointment made within 24 hours of the appointment and no-shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the appointment. Providing at least 24 hours notice allows us to fill that slot with another client from our always-active wait list, and with a last minute cancellation, that is simply not possible. By requesting this appointment, you are agreeing to the above policies. Cancellation policy is in full effect with no exceptions. Thank you for being considerate of stylists’ and other clients’ time as we rely on a consistent schedule.
